The Bay View Collection, a vibrant portfolio of iconic luxury hotels and unique event venues in Midcoast Maine is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Orlando Segura as Director of Group Sales and Events.
Mr. Segura has more than two decades of experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, marketing and advertising industries. Most recently, he was with The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island where he served as a marketing and public relations coordinator for the 446-room beach resort. A recent Maine transplant and long-time visitor to the region, he has a diverse and varied background in event management with experience in group sales, meetings and events, digital communications, print media, public relations, branding and positioning. His prior work includes various management and leadership positions at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis; Renaissance Hotels, Marriott International; Austin’s Bunkhouse Group; Monster Energy and Lakefront Brewery of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The Bay View Collection’s Rockport Harbor Hotel is expected to open in 2023.
