The Camden Public Library announces “Tech Help Thursdays,” a series of free programs that will help participants learn how to comfortably navigate technology applications. In October, the library will offer a two-part class via Zoom called “Google Account Basics,” which will introduce Google’s email service, Gmail, and their file storage service, Google Drive.
Part one, on Thursday, October 14, at 10:00 am, will provide information about creating, recovering, and navigating a Gmail email account. Part two, on Thursday, October 21, at 10:00 am will show file uploading, storing, and sharing with Google Drive. Register to attend by visiting the “What’s Happening” adult events calendar at librarycamden.org.
The classes will be taught by Library Technician Henry Herbst, who has recently joined the staff of Camden Public Library. Before joining CPL, he served as a Technology Learning Specialist at the Indianapolis Public Library.
