Maine Sport Outfitters (MSO) recently announced that its new location at the corner of Main and Park Street in Rockland is slated to open on Saturday May 7, 2022. The new store will be Maine Sport’s third store in the Region, with existing locations in Camden and Rockport.
The Grand Opening Celebration is scheduled to get started at 9AM on May 7th, will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony, live radio broad cast, numerous giveaways including an Old Town kayak and free hotdogs and drinks from Noon -1:30pm. In addition, 10% of gross proceeds that day will be donated the AIO Food Pantry, with the first 100 people to bring a non-perishable food donation receiving a free Maine Sport Outfitters water bottle.
This new MSO store will provide the seasonal visitors to the area and year-around residents with an opportunity to shop premium outdoor apparel, footwear and gear from brands like Patagonia, The North Face, Keen, Old Town Canoes and Trek Bikes. Gear for the camping, biking and paddling enthusiasts will be available to both purchase and rent at this location as well.
