May 17 was graduation day for seven hardworking students at MCST Adult Education. The group successfully completed the nine-week Nursing Assistant Training Program and Competency Evaluation, approved by the Maine Department of Health & Human Services. The program utilizes the curriculum prescribed by the Maine State Board of Nursing effective September 1, 2021. Their work, supported by instructor Terry Adkins, R.N., demonstrates a high level of commitment to health care and this community.
The graduates included Evan Landry, Molli Moholland, Viktoriia O’Brien, Dwight Collins, Kahdejah Johnson and Kim O’Connor.
