Galleries in Camden are open late to celebrate new exhibitions from 5-7pm on June 16 for the Camden Art Walk. Bay View Street will be closed to vehicles while the street is filled with live music, a food truck, and craft projects for kids and adults.
Shops and galleries will be open late, including Camden Falls Gallery and Small Wonder Gallery on the public landing. Page Gallery is hosting a solo feature for Anneli Skaar and a group show featuring David Graeme Baker, JT Gibson, Anna Leigh Flynn and others. Carver Hill Gallery has a group exhibit, A Visual Expression of the Layers of Life. Join us for a family friendly evening to celebrate the arts in midcoast Maine. Kirsten Surbey of Page Gallery says, “I love to see how the community comes together for these events. The artists are grateful for the support and best of all is seeing how people of all ages engage with the art.”
This summer Camden will be hosting an art walk on the third Thursday of each month through October.
