New Medical Assistant course offered at Five Town CSD Adult Ed

A new Clinical Certified Medical Assistant course is beginning on September 13 at Five Town CSD Adult Education. CCMA’s are responsible for a variety of medical office tasks from administrative to technical and scientific duties. The program provides virtual reality style classroom work as well as traditional teaching for a blended learning experience. Practicals are performed during the program to ensure that students develop proper techniques. Upon completion of the program, students sit for the CCMA national certification exam. New funding sources are available for this and other healthcare training.
