On Saturday, December 31, Happenings on the Harbor presents: Holiday on the Harbor in Rockport Marine Park. Join family, friends, and community for a festive First Night Celebration. 4:30pm: food trucks, fire pits, luminaries, music; 6pm: Grand fireworks display. Free and open to the public.
