Bixby Chocolate is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in the State of Maine. In December 2022, Bixby opened the first Chocolate Café in Maine serving chocolate delights inside the brand-new Paul J Schupf Art Center in Waterville, Maine. The Bixby Chocolate Café is open 7 days a week 7:30-5:00 pm and is located at 93 Main Street, Waterville, ME.
