Container Gardening Brings the Spring Indoors, April 3rd

Rockport Garden Club welcomes passionate gardener and teacher, Wendy Reinemann, for the club’s first meeting on April 6th. Wendy will be presenting ideas on how to bring a bit of spring inside by creating container arrangements. Wendy offers a wide variety of classes on the all aspects of gardening from planting to arranging. Gardeners will not want to miss an opportunity to hear her speak.
 

Wendy and her husband own Guini Ridge Farm, a nursery that has been serving the mid-coast community with  fresh vegetables, flowers, herb, plants and meat since 2001.Guini Ridge Farm offers a diverse range of locally grown high quality annuals and perennials. vegetable plants, herb plants, shrubs, trees, roses, cut flower varieties, and ornamental grasses for your garden and landscape. 

The meeting begins at 1PM and is open to the public. Rockport Garden Club meets at the West Rockport Baptist Church. All are welcome.
 
Founded in 1934, the Rockport Garden Club, is committed to the Beautification of Rockport, planting and maintaining nine historical village sites that complement the incomparable Rockport Harbor. The Spring Plant Sale and the Holly Berry Fair are the club’s primary fundraisers, which support Beautification and Scholarship.
