The Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors nominations are now open through 5:00 PM ET, October 15, 2024.
The Chamber has four available Directors’ seats to serve 3-year terms, commencing January 2025. Two of the seats will be elected by Chamber members and two seats will be appointed by the current Board of Directors. Once the nomination period closes, the Chamber’s Nominating Committee will conduct video interviews with selected candidates. Bios and interviews will then be posted on the Chamber website for a two-week member voting period.
The Chamber is actively engaged in strategic efforts across the region and looks forward to additional visionaries and forward-thinking directors joining the Board. We anticipate this being a competitive selection process and encourage you to submit qualified and enthusiastic candidates. You may nominate yourself or other members, and all nominees must be Chamber members in good standing.
