Machias Savings Bank is known for giving back to their communities. In 2021, MSB employees gave back to their communities throughout Maine by volunteering over 8,412 hours for many great organizations. Greg Jones, Business Banker in the Rockland branch, was selected as Machias Savings Bank’s 2021 Edward L Hennessey Jr Volunteer of the Year for his commitment to helping out in his community. Greg volunteered for over 163 hours in the Midcoast Maine community. Greg volunteered with several local organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Maine, WindowDressers and MCH Meals on Wheels.
